The organizations are encouraged to voluntarily nominate themselves in the respective award categories. The nomination process involves:
- Submission of Nomination Form: Complete the nomination form available on our website.
- Details Required: Provide organization details, award category, description of achievements, and supporting documents such as testimonials, case studies, and evidence of impact.
Our team of jury meticulously reviews each nomination to ensure it meets our high standards. This phase involves:
- Eligibility Check: Verify that nominations meet the basic eligibility criteria.
- Documentation Review: Ensure all required documentation and supporting materials are complete and align with the category criteria.
Each nominee is assessed based on predefined criteria to gauge their innovation, impact, leadership, and dedication. The evaluation process includes:
- Independent Review: Each jury member independently reviews and scores the nominations.
- Criteria Focus: Emphasis is placed on innovation, impact, scalability, sustainability, and evidence of contributions.
We employ a detailed scoring system to objectively quantify the achievements and impact of each nominee. The scoring process includes:
- Scoring Matrix: Utilize the matrix with weighted criteria (Innovation 30%, Impact 30%, Scalability 20%, Sustainability 10%, Evidence and Validation 10%).
- Calculation of Scores: Each criterion is scored on a scale of 1 to 10 and then weighted to calculate the total score for each nominee.
In the final phase, the exceptional contributions of nominees are celebrated, and those who set new standards in healthcare excellence are awarded. This phase includes:
- Consensus Meeting: The jury discusses and deliberates on the top-scoring nominees.
- Final Decision: Jury members finalize the winners based on the total scores and additional deliberation.
- Notification: Nominators are notified through official communication channels.
- Award Ceremony: Winners are honored at a formal award ceremony on 14th December , celebrating their achievements in front of their peers and the healthcare community.
